The reigning African queens will slug it out with the Lokoja-based club side in a friendly this weekend ahead of their final round of the All African Games qualifying series

The Super Falcons will face Women Premier League side Confluence Queens in a friendly match to be played at the Fifa Goal Project pitch, Abuja on Saturday.

“We’ll play Confluence Queens from Lokoja in a friendly match on Saturday at the Fifa Goal Project ground in Abuja,
“We expect them to give us a good fight and high quality game ahead of the All African Games qualifier against Mali in Bamako. We’ve been playing a men's team since we resumed camp and have played draws in both games," she concluded.
Edwin Okon's ladies will travel to Bamako for the first leg of the 2015 AAG qualifying fixture scheduled for March 22 with the reverse fixture a forthnight later.
The African representatives at the 2015 Women's World Cup will also play the Malians in the qualifiers of the women’s football tournament for the 2016 Olympic Games billed in May.
